How do I place an order?
Open a product, add it to your cart, then go to checkout and enter your delivery details. Choose cash on delivery and place your order.
How do I pay?
Payment is cash on delivery. You pay the delivery person when you receive your order.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is ৳80 inside Dhaka and ৳120 outside Dhaka. The charge is shown at checkout.
Will you confirm my order?
We may contact you on the phone number you provided to confirm your order and address, so please enter a working number.
Can I return an item?
Yes, if it arrives damaged, defective or incorrect. Please read our Returns & Refund Policy and contact us within 3 days of delivery.
